This Caprese Toast is an awesome appetizer for for your dinner party guests. With the Epicurean All-In-One board and the Hexagon display board, the setup is simple. These are really fun and easy to make, plus it tastes amazing!
Ingredients
Baguette
Tomatoes
Basil
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Directions
Get your Epicurean All-In-One and your Epicurean Hexagon Serving Board ready to go.
Simply slice the baguette into small pieces.
Next slice tomatoes thin and layer onto the baguette.
Place a couple small basil leaves and mozzarella on top of the tomatoes
Drizzle pieces with olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar and toast in the oven at 400 for 10-15min.. watch them melt/brown.
Finish with a couple more Basil leaves and some grated parmesan and serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
